Been trying to access Paramount plus as I have Sky Cinema since last week and still error code "MYSKY_2998"

I have the exact same error code. I have Sky Cinema too (had it for a month or so) and decided to watch something on Paramount +, but get the error message "MYSKY_2998".
Its quite frustrating.

I'm also getting the error code MYSKY_2998,
very annoying, carnt find any information on how to resolve the issue.
