SO we recently were supplied a new router by SKY due to potential speed issues and have just upgraded to multiroom (or whatever it is now called) which we had in the past with no issues.
All devices in the house connect to the wife fine and we do have a booster (old house with solid walls).
We have receved our new Sky q box for the bedroom but am getting the MR002 code. We can connect to other devices in the same room as we are trying to connect the box to.
Frustrated that we are paying for something we cant use.
Any advice on here would be most welcome!!!!!
