Paramount plus error code 2998

I have tried for the last month to watch paramount plus and keep getting error code 2998 spoke to sky team and told to try every day...

i have the same issue and error code with paramount and discovery plus

I got told it wasn't thier issue but it clearly is... im going to try calling them again tomorrow if I get any joy I will let you know!

i got mine working! after searching on here i went in and manually updated the software on the box ( actually had to update then update again ) and got onto the latest version and boom both paramount and discovery work 

No idea why it didnt auto update like its supposed to so might be worth going settings-system info-see if you have a software update being being on hold 45mins
