Paramount plus app
My paramount plus app hasn't been working the past 4 days. Every other app and downloads are working so isn't a WiFi issue. Log in and everything working just can't get programmes to start. Just keep getting error code 9999. Any help much appreciated

I have the same Paramount Plus issue on Sky.. That is, programmes very slow to download or
not downloading with error message code 9999.
I have no issues with other apps. My sky box is directly connected by Ethernet cable to the router. The router is working fine. The internet connection is working fine.

I got helping from a sky employee and seems to be working okay again! I just turned the box of at the socket and left it off for at least 10 minutes and then powered it back and left it for awhile. Open paramount app selected the first show and let it play for 5mins and paused and left it for a sec just to check it would continue playing after pausing. It worked for me, I have no idea what the actual issue was but it's fixed now. Hope this helps with your
