Paramount plus app failure

I cannot access paramount plus on the tv app. It just sends me into a loop of signing in. Have tried to call sky but absolutely useless

We have tried all that. Checked that the application is linked. Checked the sky account. Have updated the software and refreshed the apps. At a complete loss now
