Paramount plus activation!!!!
Been looking through this forum and see a hell of a lot of discussions from members about issues activating Paramount plus on Sky q. Apparently, I'm now one of them!!!
Been round the houses with the QR code, the website and the "you're trying to access the blah blah blah too soon" page. Even did the suggested software update bit, got as far as the "Confirm" bit on my tv, then nothing.........round and round we go.
Just got off the phone with a very helpful lady who said it's a known problem between Sky and Paramount and they're "working on it"! Errm, how long are they planning on "working on it" as it appears it's been going on for quite some time. Makes me want my supposed "inferior" Sky+ box back coz it worked fine on that, no need to link this account with that account and scan this with that and t'other!!!
Now on a serious note, if you're listening Sky, when it comes to your Sky Q Subscribers you're breaking the law via false advertising by promoting a service that clearly doesn't exist (free Paramount plus with a Sky Cinema subscription) Your move.
