My sky box is not powering on, I reset the box and now its stuck on updating and has been for 4 hour

Sky q box not powering on (stuck on stand by) Tried to unplug it and power back on and now stuck on updating will not come away from that This has lead to my sky mink box not working also Been without TV for 3 days now
