Paramount + not working

My paramount + app won't work...I've tried all the tips that other people have suggested on here but I just get the blue logo screen...it's without doubt the worst app on sky glass never had an issue with Netflix Disney plus Apple TV Prime or DAZN...I've upgraded to go adfree it makes you think what was the point

Noticed recently a number of you having some similar Paramount + issues on both Sky Gkass and Sky Stream

Ive combined them into this single thread.

 

Ive alerted Sky in our Superusers closed area to a possible common problem.

For now I will temporarily mark this as an answered post, until anything further gets posted from Sky on the issue.

 

Just to make sure.

Please try the following if you have not done so already.

 

Settings  restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

 

Refresh your apps;

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
  2. Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
    The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

Try a restart of your broadband router, with your Sky Glass TV and/or Sky Stream puck in standby.

Once the broadband is back, start up your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck, watch a live tv channel for about five minutes before launching the Paramount + app.

Paramount Plus

I cannot seem to sign in to paramount plus. I have basic but it's not recognising login details. It may be recognising an old sky email address which Sky closed because of inactivity, annoyingly, and I cannot remember the password for that email. So "forgot my login" won't work as I cannot access that email account. This is so frustrating - you cant just pick up the phone and ask someone to reset it. Any ideas how I can reset?

Paramount problems again

Believe it or not after doing everything that people advise me to do in relating to get the Paramount up and going and working two hours ago it decided to work at the moment it's working okay but it seems to me that sky needs to take Paramount app off and put another one on Because it seems to me that a lot of people I've been getting the same problem. I have got the same app on my Apple tablet and it works lovely. Never had any problems whatsoever so if we are saying that. The app is the problem why don't sky do something about it Yet again? It seems that sky community people have to communicate together until sky will do something about it yet again, I think you all in the community.

Still not working. Got as far as menu then it says Internet issue. Tried again and got blank screen.

Only Sky has visibility of the size of a particular issue compared to the number of users: the volume of posts here suggests either this isn't particularly widespread or almost no-one is using the app anyway.

Paramount + not loading

For most of the day i have not been able to load paramount+. Then it came up and I had to login which I did. It then worked for a while and now it is frozen again.

Have Paramount+ on SkyQ now here and not seeing any issues with Wayne's World 2 (4K/HDR)

My paramount plus is not working  on any of my sky glass tvs or my puck has not been  working  all day
