Done these too - can't be down to broadband as all other apps - iPlayer, Disney+, Netflix etc. all load fine. Paramount+ is not working

Paramount+ stuck

When I click on Paramount plus it opens amd then gets stuck on the blue paramount plus logo screen and doesn't go any further. I've tried refreshing the apps but that hasn't worked. Any ideas?

Having the same issues on sky glass and even fire stick will not install.

Paramount app won’t work tried everything but still won’t work

hi can anybody tell me if they've got the same problem? As I have the Paramount app won't work on sky glass it's been like this for seven hours now. I've done everything what you're supposed to have done it still won't work. Any body else has the same problem, thank you.

I see you say you have tried everything, just to make sure.

Try  the following exactly as described  if you have not done so already.

 

Settings restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream puck  will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

 

Refresh your apps;

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
  2. Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. 
    The refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Broadband router restart;
Try a restart of your broadband router with your Sky Glass and/or Sky Stream puck powered off.

After  the broadband is back up, start up your Sky Glass TV and/or puck, play a live channel for about five minutes before trying the Paramount app.

Problems downloading Paramount Plus

I'm constantly getting a connection issue when trying to access Paramount Plus. The Sky box is in the same room. It keeps buffering or saying there's a WiFi connection. So annoying when you're in the middle of trying to watch something.

I think it a problem  with  the app, I have  just  checked  it and after the paramount  logo it just kept  spinning i  am refreshing  the apps,  everything  else  is working  fine

I've been having the same problem and its now not loading at all. I've done all the things I've been told to do and nothing has changed. I can watch it on my mobile phone no problems. Sky has said there's a connection issue but dont seem to be able to fix it.

Paramount plus not working on sky Q

As of yesterday I cannot access paramount plus on my sky Q box. Either get a black screen or occasionally it says there is an issue with the Internet connection. Can access paramount plus as normal.al.via my smartphone.

Tried unplugging  the sky Q  box and my Internet hub but no change.

Is this an issue with sky as I have seen other posts with the same issue

Paramount plus is now working for me. The only thing that I did which may have done it is to refresh all app on my sky Q box. Took a few hours to work if this is what did it

Unless it is just a coincidence (rebooting my sky Q box and hub did not make a difference)

Paramount Plus not loading

Hi

anyone know why paramount plus is being a pain? I am on sky stream (puck) and tried all previous suggestions.. switch stuff off etc, refresh apps. None of it works! Getting decidedly annoyed.. any suggestions on what to do next?
