Paramount + not working with Sky Cinema

Sky Cinema tab - activate your Paramount + subscription displays 'Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available'. Could you plaese provide a resoltion.

URGENT

 

Could you please resculate this issue, despite setting up an acount with Paramount + I  am still getting 'Sorry, there are currently no prgrammes of this type available' when Paramount + is launched from Sky Cinema. Despite the Paramount app being availble on the mini boxes which launch to the Parmount + blue screen it goes no further, the app is not avialble on the main sky box. It would greatly apprecited if this issue could be addressed at your earlest opportunity as a long standing customer. I am available this afternoon.
