Broadband connection problems

Two weeks ago my laptop stopped updating my emails   This week I couldn't use Microsoft office because it said my laptop was not connected to the internet and my Kindle wouldn't connect either. Now today my mini box won't connect to the internet either. I have tried resetting the Sky hub but nothing has changed. Any ideas?

Hi @Phili12 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?
