The freezing and buffering on the ads has only started since last Friday (11/04) absolutely fine before that . im assuming this issue doesn't happen if you have the paramount+ ad free version ? Having looked back through the discussions , this has been going on for months which seems like neither sky or paramount are in any hurry to resolve this issue ! Am I wrong to think Paramount+ want everybody to upgrade to the ad free app ?
Sky are aware and investigating. It's a new problem which has only started within the last week or two, as you mentioned, so it definitely hasn't been ongoing for months. It's not yet possible for Sky Cinema customers who get free Paramount+ to upgrade to the ad free version.
