I keep receiving the error code MYSKY_2008 error when I try to download paramount + anyone else seeing this or know how to fix it?

I received the following advice direct from Paramount+ help line, I tried this and it worked ! Although I had to reset all my other apps and resign in to them all so try this but give yourself an hour to re-log into all your apps including You Tube. I also had to reset my internet connection to my TV as part of this but fingers crossed the Apps all work now so good luck and let me know if it does help you.
Thank you for contacting Paramount+. If you're having problems accessing the Paramount+ app, or playing content once in the app on your Sky Q device, please try rebooting it following these steps to see if that helps at all:
1. Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains.
2. Check there's no lights on the front panel of your Sky Q box and all cables are securely connected and undamaged. If your cables are damaged, you will need to contact Sky.
3. Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
4. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.
Please note that some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
