Have this msg coming in every time I try to watch anything on paramount +, tried logging out and back in but still the same, network is connected as can download etc...
anyone any ideas as what's wrong ?

I'm having exactly the same when accessing Paramount, Netflix etc via sky tv on my Samsung smart tv. Was working fine yesterday, not today. The connection works fine on the other Panasonic tv.... just not the Samsung. Have great wifi speeds, everything connects and otherwise downloads working fine.

Turns out my issue was much simpler than I first thought... on the verge of throwing my tv out of the window I thought I'd try turning the sky box off then on again. Worked like a dream - can't believe I didn't try this first time round!!!

I get an error code of 3304 when trying to log into Paramount + on my Sky Q box. How do I clear it?

I have had this issue since I got my Sky Q box last month. Netflix also doesn't work. I have tried everything and no joy. Sky sent me a new box. Same issues exist. What is the solution to getting both Netflix and Paramount to work.

I have tried rebooting the TV, the Sky Q box and the internet router but always get this message when I try to access Paramount+. This started a few days ago.
