Paramount error 5000

Hi I used to have sky movies n paramount buy cancelled.  I rejoined today but every time I try n watch something on paramount I get error 5000. Ive tried resetting n checking for updates . Ive also done the setting 101 . Please help its doing my head i . Many thanks Lorraine
