Paramount+ blank screen and no audio

Paramount plus screen goes blank and no audio On Q box.

Come out of app and log back in and all is ok

Unfortunately this can happen with the app (and others)

 

You can try refreshing the apps - process from google AI below

 

Access the hidden menu: Press the Home button on your Sky Q remote. Navigate to Settings but don't select it. 

 

Enter the code: Press 001 then Select. 

 

Navigate to Apps: Highlight Apps. 

 

Refresh the apps: Select Refresh all Apps on this box. 
 
Wait: Allow at least 5 minutes for the refresh to complete. 
 

Optional: Refresh specific app: If you're having trouble with a particular app, you can also go into the app settings (usually within the main Sky app or in the system settings) and try disabling the app, clearing its data, and force-stopping
