Paramount + Premium Subscription Issue
I have had an active subscription through Skywith no issues until now.
i have not made any changes but I currently cannot login to Paramount on any platform as it tells me I do not have a subscription, which I do.
The Paramount + app on Sky Q tells me I have an active subscription but then I get an "uh oh" error when it tries to log me in.
is there a wider issue currently?

@derekaharvey Your post has been moved from thr Sky Go Board as Sky Go is a PC/Mobile app and has nothing to do with the Paramount Plus app.

I have the same issue. Spoke to Sky and they were contacting Paramiunt. Had an email from them basically saying I don't have an active subscription.

I have now spent 2 hours in total on calls to Sky's offshore representatives, and I am no closer to a resolution. The last call at the end of last week went on for over and hour, during which I was passed to SEVEN different people, each of whom I had to validate security and re-explain the whole issue from the beginning again!
Offshore contact centres simply do not work! If your issue is not on their scripts you have no chance, but that's a different issue altogether!
Is there anyone out there who has experienced this issue and managed to get it resolved properly? I have read multiple posts where it is clear Sky do not recognise this as an issue and therefore seemingly have no clue on what the fix is, and how to apply it!
Getting really frustrated...
