Disney+ cannot get Subtitles?

Tried settlings and talked to Disney+ live chat but no good, tried saying Turn on Subtitles while watching something and it says Sorry you can't do that here?  Subtitles are find on Sky and Netflix

Hi @Paul903   As with all Apps you control everything (including subtitles) by using the Direction Up or Down keys and choose the correct option. Nothing to do with Sky TV.

For example, with Disney+, Direction down two or three times, Direction right twice and select Settings.

Quick screenshot of my TV just now using the Disney+ App on the Sky Q box (it will need to be approved before ir shows).

Perhaps the programme you are trying to watch does not have subtitles. Check your version of the App, mine is 26.3.0. Found by going to App Settings (left bottom) and is shown on the bottom of the screen.
