Paramount + No active subscription

We have Sky Q with sky cinema but I cannot get Paramount + We did have it then it stopped working. I have followed all steps on FAQ and help, signed in and out,  tried logging in on phone etc but every time I get there is no active subscription and when I try to log in it takes me to subscription page. @QSky help

did you ever get this fixed? I have had the same problem for over 6 months.

Did anybody find a fix for this as I've been chatting to paramount+ customer service about this and spent an hour and a half on the phone to sky and nobody knows how to fix it
