Paramount+ Linked Account Issue

Hi, I have Sky Cinema including Paramount+ and when trying to activate it, it says there is already a linked account. I am unable to find the details of the linked account and have never signed up before. 

I have spoken with Sky tech support who said my Sky cinema package needed to be removed and added back again but this still hasn't fixed the problem. 

Can anyone help?
