So I've posted quite a few times in the past regarding this issue with sky cinema and we thought we had sorted it last time I spoke to somebody!
it had been working fine up until today, now getting the same message of press red button to upgrade to sky cinema despite always having it. When I press the red button, it says I am already subscribed.
Could somebody please help 🙂

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
