I have error code 3304 coming up when trying to watch anything on Paramount +.
I have re-booted the Sky box twice, re-booted our rooter and signed out of / back in to the Paramount + app.
I see some others have had their cases escalated straight away. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you very much.
It turns out that Netflix has also stopped working. Interestingly Netflix and Paramount + both work on the television apps.

I have just established that Netflix and Paramount work on another television in the house via a Sky Mini Box.
Both channels work on the television Apps (not Sky) linked to the SKY Q box so there is clearly nothing wrong with the internet connection. It seems to be just the main SKY Q box which has the issue.
The television connected to the main SKY Q box is a 2019 Samsung QLED 43". I did see it completing an update yesterday, I wondered if that has anything to do with this issue?
