Sky q box needs to be authorised?

Hello, trying to connect multi screen box to main sky q box. Multi box is not connecting to sky q box. Sky q box displays following error message attached. Reactivating box does nothing.

I have the same issue today Was there a resolution? Sky sending an engineer in 10 days - not good enough!
