We have had Sky Q for 1 week and Sky Cinema but everytime we try to log in to Paramont Plus we get an error code MYSKY_2998 I have been onto sky customer service for over an hour we tried absolutely everything and it is still not working they are saying we need to ring Paramont Plus to sort it out the lady hung up on us in the end after 1 hour as she could sort it out or refer it high as conveniently there was no Managers available they are all in a meeting, must admit I am really not impressed, can anyone help how to solve this problem.
