No, you don't need to, unless there's a new one with the new box. 

Make sure you get the correct power supply cable with the new box, some boxes use different connectors so best to swap both the box and power supply too. 

VERY IMPORTANT - Make sure you remove your viewing card from the old box as you'll need to put it into the new box.
