Pairing viewing card
When I go to sky.com/quickfix as it asked me to! Then login to my sky app etc. going round and round and not working !
then chat to bot Going round and round again! Sky help must be the worst in uk
i will cancel my membership if I can't pair my viewing card after few months of not using my tv as i have been away but still paying for it.

First check that your viewing card is correctly inserted. Viewing card is in the right hand end of the box.
If it is in correctly there is not enough of it sticking out to grip and remove it.
Push it fully in and it will pop out slightly enough so you can remove it.
Take it out and give the chip a gentle wipe with a damp lint free cloth or E-cloth.
Ensure that it completely dry before you reinsert it chip side up and chip end in first. Push it gently fully in and you should feel a slight click when it is engaged. If it has popped out enough to remove it is not located correctly.
If you are satisfied that it is in correctly
Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback
No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.

Re: Pairing viewing card
Thanks for your suggestions. I did all that but you need to go onto the website or app as suggested by the tv with instructions! But what shows on tv is totally different and it goes round and round ! Kept going back to signing into your account ! I am actually pretty okay with technogy but this definitely not working !
I have paired them before as I go away a lot but still paying full price. I think I will cancel them soon as I can't watch any sky channel but only free tv channel like itv !
