If this is Sky Q by default it is the last 4 digits of your viewing card number.

You can find the viewing card number in the Home menu.

Home - Settings - System info

@Nat141  Everybody has a PIN number to access restrictions content 

 

which for Sky Q should be unless you have changed it the last four digits of the viewing card number in your main box
