Our sky Q box intermittently turns itself off and automatically starts the reboot!?!

I've turned it off at the mains and left it before plugging it back in but every now and again, without any kind of warning, it just goes off and starts to reboot itself?!! Any ideas as it's getting extremely frustrating when your in the middle of watching something live!!!

After a chat with a sky advisor (Carl) all is now working ok. A system software support was carried out and it's back to normal!! Thanks Carl

Post a new thread with your exact symptoms. It can be escalated to Sky if no one on here can help.

 

of course, the OP here just did a software update to fix theirs so you could just try that.
