Our picture on sky is awful

We changed our package yesterday and asked to drop HD.

We've noticed a massive difference and would like to enquire how much extra ot would be to add HD back on to package please 🙏

You'll need to call Sky for that...  I believe the retail is £8 pm.

Q HD is currently £8 per month.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
