Ordering new sky Q remote

My kids have broken my sky Q remote control and I can't scroll down to order a new one on my tv is there another way to order a new remote

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

(It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare).

If you have Sky Go on an android or IOS device you can use the reote supplied on the Sky Go app to control your boxes
