Replacement Sky Q box fails to boot up
I've just received a replacement Sky Q box today - old one twas throwing up constant "faulty hard drive" messages every day.
I followed the set up steps but it failed to boot up - I left it for at least an hour just to give it a chance.
Viewing card is correctly inserted.
I've tried the "reset" (by unplugging from the wall) several times, including the full five minute unplug to reset. All I have is a red "off" light and a slowly pulsing blue Q, there is no signal to the TV at all . The Sky broadband is functioning, but the new box has not yet gotten to the point where it can connect to wi-fi.
I can only assume the replacement box is faulty, but I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any?
