Ordering a slave box

I am having sky in another room and need a slave box so that I can connect it to our existing sky

Do you mean a Sky Q mini box? Probably easiest to call Sky to order one. Do you already have the multiscreen subscription?

We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky broadband landline or Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky
