Just a long shot. My dad who is 91 has just subscribed to Sky for the Sports but I'm having trouble getting him to work the remote. There's just to many functions for him. I've setup the favourites which has helped a bit.Am I right in saying Sky no longer has the reminder functionality where it changes channel a few minutes before the start?OrIs there anyway I can remotely change the channel for him.
hi @g1971
Sorry but Reminders was never implemented on SKy Q & unfortunately there is no way that I know of to remotely switch channel
edit BTW have you looked into how Voice control might be of any help (although doesn't help with rembering when to change)

Thanks for all the help. I tried voice control seemed to confuse him more.
I'll try the dementia website and the hub.
Might just have to make a weekly tv guide with channel numbers next to things
