All "sky named" channels give a signal issue. All other channels - bbc, itv, comedy are working ok

Hi
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

So did it allow you to arrange an engineer? If not you need to call Sky (if you have your own dish).

It's quite normal for dish alignment problems to result in the loss of just a certain group of channels rather than everything.

Thanks everyone. The arm the LNB is on is rotten which caused it to move out of alignment. Now bodged and working till the engineers arrives.
BTW any idea what the cost of replacing the dish will be?

With SKY Q there is no charge for replacing defective dishes or cables (or boxes)

Technically the dish and cabling become your property 12 months after install.
Edit. Checking latest T & C's Dish ownership is yours at time of install.
However Sky rarely charge for dish issues but there is no guarantee of this.
