Unusual Sky page appears and jams.

Either in start up or when pausing a programme a summary Sky page appears and the tv is jammed on this. It won't even turn off. Can anyone help?

Hi @nic46 

Reset your Q box remote by pressing  and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. 
This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes.   However the remote must be pointed directly at the Q box.

Switch your Q box back on and you then you should be able to get past the setup issues.

Once you get the Q box working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Pressed 7&9 but no red dot visible. The box turned off and now won't start again. This has been an ongoing problem where it takes several goes to get the box to start up. Right now it won't at all.

Did you press and hold 7 & 9 together to get the remote led to flash?

Hi @nic46   Does the remote led show when you press the "?" button? Have you tried new batteries?

Thank you for helping me. I don't seem able to have any success. Do you know how I get Sky to step in?

I put new batteries in and still no LED when I press 7&9. Where is the ? Symbol please. Thx
