One mini box failing connection regularly

Our bedroom mini box fails connection regularly.we have good broadband throughout house with Zen. Each time we re-start , it  works but each individual app has to be re-logged back .it is unreliable and poor service considering we are in 21 century.doesnt Sky value its customers? So difficult contacting Skyany idea why it happens to this particular minbox? I will be swapping it for another in another room but surely near bedtime one does not need to re-arrange furniture to turn off turn on?

too far from the Q box (and other mini)  I suspect

No idea why the apps forget their passwords.

why do you need to move furniture? Just pull the power cable out of the box.

If your broadband is not Sky then it doesn't matter how good your 3rd party WiFi is around your house as the mini boxes "talk" directly to the Sky Q box via its own WiFi.  Sounds like you need a Sky WiFi booster, but you will need to speak to Sky to request this.

I am just another Sky customer!

Specifically a Q wifi booster. This never solved the problem for me though but it has for some.
