On s reen message

Constantly getting a message on screen saying to continue viewing please call, my account is all up to date so I don't u derstand why I'm getting this message all day everyday

Hi @karen+mcfarlane   Is your Sky Q Box connected to the internet? This is certainly not a common problem posted on here, and you may have to do what it is asking you to do, call Sky.
