On demand and catch up not working
Catch up & On demand are not working on my Sky Q. When I try to download something it says 'To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription".
I have recently renewed my Sky Q contract after cancelling it for a month or so, never had problems before cancellation, same equipment same contract with HD, but just doesn't work anymore?
Tried the settings, turning off and on etc but no luck.

I have the HD add on and the fixs don't work so can this be escalated to Sky. I Understand sky will then try to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later today.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
