I've been watching stuff on demand but this morning it now says I have to upgrade to keep watching. I know I have sky signature that allows me to watch on demand. Anyone else having the same issue?

Have the HD add on, I've just got home and tried again and now it's working. Haven't done anything different from the norm. Must've been a clich 🤷🏻♂️

Main Menu > Settings > Setup > Preferences
If you do have the HD add on or the above does not fix the issue post again on this thread so we can potentially escalate your post to Sky. Sky will then try to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts. This link explains more:
