Old remote control on Sky Q

bit fed up with Sky sending me emails to explain that I can control my Sky Q with the voice control button.  Our remote control is old and doesn't have the vice control button.  Will Sky upgrade it for me?

@threemaples no harm in phoning Sky to ask them You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

Hi @threemaples 

You will only know that by asking Sky directly.    They may replace it.


If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
