OLED Screen Burn from Sky Q Banner

When navigating through our viewing using Sky Q, the navigation or timeline banner comes up.  It shows information about what's being viewed and has a bar that is the timeline.  It's the bar that the dot moves along when you fast forward and rewind and shows the elapsed time of your viewing.  Well, that bar has burnt into the screen of my very expensive OLED tv.  We never leave the bar up when on pause (if we pause we press backup to make the bar disappear for exactly the reason of screen burn).  Seemingly, in the everyday use of Sky Q, because the bar is in exactly the same place every time it has created screen burn.  I'm

in no position to replace the tv and I'm absolutely gutted!  So, Sky, with all of the technology at your disposal, why is there no screen saver when Sky Q is paused and why don't you make slight positional changes to the banner so it doesn't create burn?

Firstly this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.

Screen burn on OLED devices is quite common. This thread going way back to 2020 discussed the issue. Have a look at the post marked as the answer provided by
