Notice of Termination Sky TV Contract

Dear Sky Customer Services,

I am writing to formally give notice of termination of my Sky TV contract, which is due to end on 01/02/2026.

This email is intended to serve as my 30 days’ notice, in line with the terms of my contract. I request that my Sky TV services be terminated accordingly at the end of the notice period, with no renewal applied.

I would also like to confirm that I am withdrawing from and declining any offers or contract changes that may have been proposed to me via telephone during previous contacts, in accordance with my right to change my mind within the applicable cooling-off period.

Please note that the only services I wish to continue are Sky Broadband and Sky Mobile. These services should remain active and unaffected by the termination of my Sky TV contract.

I would appreciate written confirmation that:

  • My Sky TV contract will be terminated as requested

  • No new Sky TV contract or offer will be applied

  • My Sky Broadband and Sky Mobile services will continue as normal

So you are only telling other customers on here

And once you've cancelled by the proper methods you should receive an acknowledgment email from Sky. 


If you are cancelling Sky Q, return packaging will be sent out near the end of your notice period for any loaned equipment Sky are expecting back. It’s important that you obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.
