Nothing happens when I have checked availability after postcode entry. Any ideas?
I'm going through the process to book a home move and get to check availability for the found address, but then nothing. It doesn't say that there is or is not availability to move the service. The help button just takes me back again and again to the Moving Home service and I have to start again. Any thoughts?

Thanks - yes. I was hoping to avoid that as it seems simple enough - ah well.
