Sky Q box goes black screen with no sound on live tv
After box has been on for 3 or 4 hours there us suddenly no output from box to tv and only way to sort it is to put box to standby and then switch on again.
Have reset settings using hidden menu, but makes no difference. Active and eco standby are switched off
