Not working

White wire been pulled from main sky box = loss of channels also need new multi room equipment. May need an engineer

What is the white cable? The one from the dish? Has it been pulled out of the plug and left that screwed into the box? It's not difficult to reattach the plug to that coax cable but turn the box off first then unscrew the f-plug and put it back on the cable as per

is the "new multiroom equipment" additional or replacing something broken?
