Why can't I just speak to someone on the phone, I've been calling for weeks and never get anywhere? Can I jut request a call back

Sky won't call you back. There's nothing wrong with calling Sky - just be aware they obviously don't operate 24/7 and the lines will be busy at times.

 

Perhaps if you tell us the issue we can advise and save a call.
