Hi @Ki1

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi @Ki1

The flashing is the red led light on the remote.

First make sure that your TV Set is set to the HDMI input connected to your Q box.

I repeat the instructions.

Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led on the remote  flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Re: Amber light on sky box

Late to this but I have the dreaded Amber light.

I have tried the 7/9 followed by the 1/3 combo. No joy.

I then unplugged, waited 30 seconds, plugged in again. I got a Red light (on the box)for about 10 seconds but it has reverted to Amber.

Any suggestions please?
