My sky box (mini) hasn't worked in two months or more! I have tried several times to connect it to the main box but it will not pick up a signal. Yet I'm still being billed and haven't been able to watch sky for months. Can someone please help me as every time I ring I get cut off or told to use this service.

Hi @Frances3454 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?
