Can't record, saying at top of screen problems with hard drive, when I reset the hard drive it will record, but next day recording has disappeared, do I need to do the factory reset?

Hi @Colly+T
You could try a Factory Reset but it looks like the hard drive is completely failing and you will therefore need a new box.

Thanks for your help, looking like I need a new box, maybe time to look for something different, sky is getting to expensive for me, a lot of other options available at the moment, and a lot cheaper with the same programs, sorry sky
