Received replacement sky q box after hard drive issues.
New box is now playing up with recordings and downloads stating "this programme is not available" - problem seems solved after a factory reset but returns within 24 hours. Any ideas other than yet another replacement box.

Hi @Melanie30 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Have now had to do this everyday and the recording keep failing due to a power cut - there must be an issue somwhere?
